  • Dennis is coming our way!

The hurricane Dennis has brought humidity to the upper midwest. I would not say that it is so thick that you can cut it with a knife but it is much more humid that the beautiful weather of the past couple of weeks. In particular, this weekend past was just perfect. Now the high cloudy sky and humidity are a reminder of the ferecious storm that hit near Panama City.

This is the area I was doing coverage testing in the late summer of 2003. From Panama City eastward to the coast. What I remember most was the Apalachicola area. I liked it as it is sort of a rural, coastal under-developed area in which the Apalachicola Forest resides – and it is lower ground that the surge from a hurricane could penetrate pretty far inland. I enjoyed my stint in Tallahassee with Williams Communications and will remember it with fondness.

We need rain badly so Dennis do your stuff for the Indiana corn.
