{"id":2559,"date":"2016-07-18T11:14:57","date_gmt":"2016-07-18T16:14:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.charleswmoore.org\/wordpress\/?p=2559"},"modified":"2016-08-03T13:34:59","modified_gmt":"2016-08-03T18:34:59","slug":"my-morning-deer-population-in-indiana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.charleswmoore.org\/wordpress\/index.php\/2016\/07\/18\/my-morning-deer-population-in-indiana\/","title":{"rendered":"My Morning:  Deer Population in Indiana &#038; Human DNA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This area of short<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com\/images\/I\/514-Im7BxzL._SX327_BO1,204,203,200_.jpg\" width=\"201\" height=\"305\" \/> study was started when I read of 110,000 Moose in Newfoundland or was it Labrador? \u00a0Anyway, I was going to make a comment so I started looking up the number of deer in indiana. \u00a0They too have a Moose problem like we have a deer problem. \u00a0It is worth the read if you do not believe in hunting or even if you do. \u00a0Hopefully the pdf stays at this url for a long time \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.charleswmoore.org\/wordpress\/index.php\/2016\/07\/18\/my-morning-deer-population-in-indiana\/deerpopulationissues\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2560\">deerpopulationissues<\/a>\u00a0or .<\/p>\n<p>After that I came across the references to &#8220;The Lost Tomb of Jesus&#8221; docu-drama. \u00a0This lead to a long read by some scholarly people at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apologeticspress.org\/APPubPage.aspx?pub=1&amp;issue=589&amp;article=647\">\u00a0Apologetics Press<\/a>\u00a0and is quite good. \u00a0I almost bought the book but now I am glad that I read this article first. \u00a0I saved some money and reading time. \u00a0During this time, Steve, my PhD friend from St. Petersburg and amateur radio talk mate discussed \u00a0Mitochondrion DNA, which he finds fascinating. \u00a0It is a complicated subject and filled with hundreds of new mnemonics and terminology so only the upper 0.1% would like to try this one; however, I would like to know more. \u00a0Maybe there is a &#8220;Dummies Guide to Mitochondrion DNA&#8221;? Ah well. I guess I make fun of myself.<\/p>\n<p>Steve lead me to a new potential to start this area of layman&#8217;s study (Mitochondrion DNA): \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0393020185\/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1&amp;smid=A1ZMSWN8P7M5C4\">Seven Daughters of Eve<\/a>\u00a0. \u00a0I put the book on my Amazon Used Book list and will buy on my next purchase. \u00a0I think people with an interest and aptitude have an obligation to human society to pursue quests of this sort that expands our general knowledge and promotes civilization.
