{"id":2805,"date":"2017-02-12T18:56:31","date_gmt":"2017-02-12T23:56:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.charleswmoore.org\/wordpress\/?p=2805"},"modified":"2017-02-12T21:15:53","modified_gmt":"2017-02-13T02:15:53","slug":"just-another-beautiful-warm-sunday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.charleswmoore.org\/wordpress\/index.php\/2017\/02\/12\/just-another-beautiful-warm-sunday\/","title":{"rendered":"Just another beautiful warm Sunday."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We went to Suncost this morning and met an elderly gentleman and his wife who live adjacent to the church facilities. \u00a0Afterwards, we drove over there just to take a look. \u00a0To mee it looked sparsely populated but to SAM it looked &#8220;populated&#8221;. \u00a0Anyway, the gentleman named Jerry said there were many open condos. \u00a0Monthly fees are around $200\u00b1 month plus all the utilities. \u00a0From the looks of things it has not been updated since the 1970&#8217;s and everything was basic white and two story; however, there was a nice sized grocery just next door and within old people walking distance so that was a plus. \u00a0I did not see any golf carts so it may not be a golf cart friendly place and we saw no dogs either.
