{"id":2891,"date":"2017-04-08T13:14:28","date_gmt":"2017-04-08T18:14:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.charleswmoore.org\/wordpress\/?p=2891"},"modified":"2017-04-08T20:00:36","modified_gmt":"2017-04-09T01:00:36","slug":"tristate-steuben-county-airport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.charleswmoore.org\/wordpress\/index.php\/2017\/04\/08\/tristate-steuben-county-airport\/","title":{"rendered":"Tristate Steuben County Airport"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Many of you reading this blog will know I have long been associated with KANQ. \u00a0I learned to fly in 1967 at Tristate and have been active at the airport every since. \u00a0I am an ASMEL with Instrument rating, taildragger certified and aerobatic trained. \u00a0Over the last 50 years I have amassed 4000\u00b1 flight hours as PIC and about 500 of these are flying a Cessna 310R. \u00a0What fun it has been. \u00a0In 1969, I bought my first airplane, a Taylorcraft BC12D, and promptly joined the Experimental Aircraft Association and was a member of EAA Chapter 2 in Fort Wayne.
