I am afraid to try to get into the OLD account that has all my &#8220;owner&#8221; rights for the many groups and pages I have started.  It appears as if the problem may have been the VPN service that routs some login&#8217;s to servers in suspect countries ( Like Russia, Ukraine, Holland, Albania. etc.).  Just watch it VPN users as FB is not the only one. I suspect my Godaddy Account blocked some Name Servers for the same reason. My website suddenly works again.
